How much is your delivery fees?
Dermafal provides FREE shipping to Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Shipping fee calculation is as below:
- Peninsular Malaysia – Flat rate RM7 for order below RM380 and FREE shipping for above RM380 in a single receipt.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) – Flat rate RM12 for order below RM650 and FREE shipping for above RM650 in a single receipt.
When will I receive my purchase?
Dermafal aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
